Jake learned to read at a young age when his mother would read to him every night. She would read basic books to begin with, but eventually she read him all of the harry potter books around the age of 4. He grew up around 2 older siblings so he would also listen to them read books they had to read for a class. He believes people read because it makes them smarter and relaxes them after a long hard day. Movies don't do some books justice, as they leave out important details.
